This website, https://topdholera.com, is operated by Bharat & Bina Traders, which trades publicly under the name TOP DHOLERA. Top Dholera is owned and operated by Bharat & Bina Traders.

Registration particulars such as a company registration number, a GST registration number and the date of incorporation have not been verified for publication, and are therefore not stated here.

What this site is, and what it is not

This site is an enquiry channel. It shows what the business deals in and gives you a direct route to ask about it.

Nothing on this site is an offer. A page, a price indication, a specification, a photograph or a project description is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not form a contract. A contract is formed only when the business and the buyer sign one. Sending an enquiry, opening a WhatsApp chat, or receiving a reply from us creates no obligation on either side.

How the business works

Top Dholera sources and coordinates resources; it does not hold a fleet or a warehouse. Machinery, construction equipment, construction materials and workforce are arranged through third-party suppliers and shared third-party networks against the requirement you state.

• All requirements are fulfilled subject to supplier confirmation and availability. Nothing shown on this site is a stock position, and no live availability is published.
• A quotation is not a booking confirmation. Pricing depends on the supplier's confirmation, the location, the duration and the specification.
• A booking is confirmed only when the commercial terms and the arrangements have been accepted by both sides. Until then, neither side is committed.
• Supplier identity and the commercial terms are settled with you before fulfilment. The terms on which a supplier is engaged, who invoices, and who is contractually responsible for delivery are confirmed in writing at the point of quotation.
• We do not describe network access as direct ownership. Where a resource is arranged through a supplier, we will say so.

Land and property

Any plot, layout, area, frontage or location described on this site is published for information, and is subject to verification against the underlying records before anything is transacted.

• Property information is not a title guarantee. Ownership, chain of title, encumbrances, litigation, disputes, conversion status and zoning are confirmed from documents, in writing, before any transaction.
• Nothing on this site is a development approval. Layout approval, commencement, occupancy and conversion status are matters for the relevant authorities, not for a website.
• Registered registration status is not implied. Whether the business is required to register under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 is a legal question that is still open, and is being confirmed by qualified Indian legal counsel. Until it is confirmed, the site makes no representation about registration status, and any registration number will appear only once it is verified.
• Area and price are described as stated. Units are given as published and are not converted silently. Pricing treatment is confirmed per enquiry.

Machinery, construction equipment and materials

Specifications are taken from the manufacturer or from the item itself, never estimated. Availability, charges, delivery, minimum order, rental duration and whether an item is owned by us or arranged through a supplier network are confirmed for each enquiry.

These workers are not employees of Bharat & Bina Traders. They are arranged through shared third-party networks according to the customer's requirement, and the figure is not a cumulative record of historical deployments. It is an approximation rather than an exact, continuously maintained count.

Skills, location, deployment timelines and availability are confirmed against each requirement before mobilisation. Nothing on this site promises immediate deployment or universal geographic availability of the pool.

Skill categories, deployment size, deployment area, engagement model, rate, supervision, welfare benefits, safety arrangements, insurance and compliance obligations are confirmed in writing before work is committed. Whether a person is engaged directly, through a contractor or through a welfare board registration is stated in the written arrangement, so that the responsibilities of each party are clear. Nothing on this website is an offer of employment to any individual.

Infrastructure and project status

Where the site refers to infrastructure or to a public project, the statement carries the date it was published and names its source. As at 3 November 2026, a project that is planned, funded or under construction is not operational.
